Everything! Everyone from Cherie at the front desk to the staff at the restaurant, CJ was our server, to an easy and friendly check out experience. The hotel and our room was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere! Parking was right next to the hotel! I would give this place 100 stars!!!

it was very clean and looked like things had been updated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - I love fruit and they had berries and fresh pineapple which I love. You have option of hot and cold breakfast. Our only issue was dinner at the Hilton both nights. The first issue was the first night. We got there at 8:00 and ordered we were still waiting at 9:00 pm for our dinners . The bartender comped our dinners because of the delay. Food was very good. Second night, due to a new waitress, my salad came with dressing on it and I sent it back… 20 minutes later, I still had not gotten it. Bartender interceded and apologized and comped my dinner. But the food was great when we got it. We are staying at another Hilton because we knew we would arrive late and not feel like going anywhere. The Double Tree by Hilton was close the the Lucy & Desi museum and also the National Comedy center. we enjoyed our stay in Jamestown.

Great breakfast buffet. Fresh food all three days of our stay. We used the gym and the pool every day. Gym had water station to fill up your bottles with cold water. I used that all the time especially before we went for our outdoor activities. Plenty of parking, adjacent p garage available for hotel guests. Staff pleasant and very helpful.

The room was wonderful. The view was really neat. The food for breakfast and lunch was delicious. The experience was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

This hotel was such a good value. It was modern, clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy. I prefer tile in hotel rooms and this had carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful and even had cookies for us when we arrived. We would have loved to have breakfast but the buffet closed at 9am, and we had just gotten up so were unable to eat at restaurant. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jamestown!
